Customer Care

Products we use for our orders include wood, acrylic, vinyl, UV ink, and more. All of these items are unique in their characteristics and require handling with care. Noble Dizzigns will not assume any liability for any damages, losses, or injury sustained by the use of our products. The items within your order are your responsibility once they have been delivered or picked up. It is strongly recommended to follow all safety measures and protect your order from harsh elements. It is recommended to keep your order at a comfortable room temperature. Products that become too hot may warp. 

Privacy

By booking through our site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. Email addresses provided on our site will be used in the event of order issues and clarifications. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Noble Dizzigns Rentals reserves the right to share and advertise using our product photography and tag consumers on social media. We never share your information with a third party for advertising statistics or survey purposes. Any changes in this policy will be sent out via email. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time, but there are no refunds regardless of the cancellation reason. If your final payment has not been received at least two weeks prior to your event date, your order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. We do require all finalized details to be received at least one month prior to your event. If all requested items are not received at least one month prior, we may no longer be able to assist with your order and no refund will be issued. If we do have availability to complete the fabrications within the month of your event, rush fees will be applied. We book up to one year in advance and you can send us details as early as you'd like, so there is little flexibility when it comes to 4 weeks out. You can always contact us if you have any further questions, and we will help you as best we can.

Designer Rights

Noble Dizzigns reserves the right to recreate any design that we create for you. Whether it is a custom order or an inspiration photo that you’ve brought to us, Noble Dizzigns will be able to recreate that design again in the future for personal, rental, or selling purposes. If you are wanting a design uniquely for yourself that is not re-sold, you must have that conversation with us upfront as there will be a custom order design fee associated with your order. 

Payment Methods

We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit card/ACH through Honeybook. The details on how to pay will be included in your official invoice.
