We do have a $1,000 product minimum and require bookings to be at least 3 months (or more) out at the time of reservation. This helps us to prioritize our workload and pour our all into the quality of every build.

If you have an event less than 3 months away or only need signage for your event, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will review each request and assist the best we can given our availability at that time.

If you want to reserve us for your event, but do not have the details squared away yet - that’s ok! We request a non-refundable retainer at the inquiry stage to reserve us for your date. 2 to 3 months prior to your event, we’ll discuss your major needs and create an invoice. 50% would be due at that time to begin the fabrication process. We can then fine tune all the smaller details up to 1 month prior to your event.
